These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the AimHigh Education Technologies, LLC participant messaging program.
Program Description
Participants who voluntarily opt in may receive text messages from AimHigh about enrollment, orientation, participant-portal and CALC access, course activity, weekly training progress, support requests, appointments, deadlines, and credentials. Messages are informational and related to AimHigh workforce training services. AimHigh does not use this program to sell or promote third-party products.
Consent
By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting your mobile number, you authorize AimHigh Education Technologies, LLC to send SMS messages to that number. Consent is not a condition of applying, enrolling, purchasing, or receiving services. The person providing the number confirms that they are authorized to receive messages at that number.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies and may be up to 12 messages per month depending on enrollment and training activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. You may receive one final confirmation that your opt-out was processed. Reply START or UNSTOP to opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, call 1-800-264-0624, or email support@aimhigheducationsc.com.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on network availability and is not guaranteed. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please review the AimHigh Privacy Policy for additional information.
Changes
AimHigh may update these terms to reflect changes in the program or applicable requirements. Continued participation after an update is subject to the current terms, and participants may opt out at any time.
