AimHigh Education Technologies, LLC (“AimHigh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information when you apply for, enroll in, or participate in an AimHigh workforce training program or use our websites, participant portal, CALC learning environment, support services, email, telephone, or SMS services.
Information We Collect
We may collect contact information, enrollment and eligibility information, training-pathway selections, participation and progress information, communications with AimHigh, and technical information needed to operate and secure our services. We collect mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent only when a person voluntarily provides them.
How We Use Information
We use information to review enrollment requests, administer workforce training, provide participant access and support, communicate about enrollment and course activity, document services, improve our programs, protect our systems, and comply with applicable legal and program requirements.
SMS Privacy
If you separately opt in to SMS, AimHigh may use your mobile number to send enrollment updates, orientation and course-access notices, training-progress reminders and confirmations, support updates, appointment or deadline reminders, and credential-related notices. Message frequency varies and may be up to 12 messages per month depending on your enrollment and training activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing categories described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS opt-in information is disclosed only to aggregators, carriers, and service providers that process text messages on AimHigh’s behalf and only as necessary to operate the messaging program.
When Information May Be Disclosed
We may disclose information to contracted service providers that support our training, technology, communications, security, and recordkeeping; to government or workforce partners when authorized or required for program administration; or when required by law. Service providers are permitted to use information only to perform services for AimHigh. SMS consent is not transferred to another business for its independent use.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for training administration, documentation, security, and legal or contractual requirements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, although no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying, enrolling, purchasing, or receiving AimHigh services. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP, calling 1-800-264-0624, or emailing support@aimhigheducationsc.com. You may contact us to request access to or correction of your contact information, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Children’s Privacy
AimHigh services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
